Payments
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, but we also accept bank transfer and cheques. When paying by cheque, please write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amountand expiry date on the back of your cheque. Cheques will require 7 working days forclearance before the goods are dispatched. Please make cheques payable to EmilyDupen-Hopkins.
Stock
Due of the labour and costs involved in making our products, we hold very limited stock. Most of our products are made to order and can take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. We will make every effort to meet your needs if you have an urgent order. If this is the case, please contact us prior to ordering to check our current lead time.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible and will give you an estimated dispatch date upon receipt of your order. Under no circumstances can goods be dispatched before payment has cleared. Postage & Packing for the UK is free. We can ship to any global destination and the cost for this will be added to overseas orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Of course we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, just return it to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will issue you with a full refund for the purchase price of the item. To make a return, please write clearly on the back of your delivery note, giving the reason for the return and re-use if possible the original packaging. Then return it to the address on our Contact Page. All items must be returned via registered post with proof of postage required.
Trade Descriptions Act
All dimensions are approximate. Although every care has been taken to ensure that the colours are reproduced accurately, please remember that most of the items are natural materials, and have been hand-printed and handmade. Shading and dimensions may vary slightly from the product pictured.
